These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Stitch and Bloom website and to all purchases made through our online store.

By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Stitch and Bloom currently operates as an online-only business and delivers within South Africa.

Stitch and Bloom sells:
• Yarn
• Crochet and handmade products
• Plushies
• Custom-made and personalised products
• Digital crochet and craft downloads

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other product information are accurate.

Because monitors and mobile-device screens display colours differently, actual product colours may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website.

Handmade products may also have small variations in colour, size, shape, stitching, texture and appearance. These variations are a natural part of handmade production.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed when you complete your purchase, subject to correction of genuine pricing errors.

4. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account on our website. You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure and accurate.

5. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information. Once an order has been submitted and payment successfully received, you will receive confirmation.

An order may be cancelled by Stitch and Bloom where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be verified, or circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount paid.

6. Payment

Payments are processed through PayFast. Stitch and Bloom does not intentionally store complete payment card details. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

7. Processing and Delivery

All physical orders are delivered within South Africa using The Courier Guy.

Standard delivery fee: R99 per order.

We do not currently offer free delivery or customer collection.

Orders generally require 7–14 business days for processing before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days.

These are estimated times and may be affected by public holidays, high order volumes, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Stitch and Bloom cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

9. Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving a physical product, subject to applicable South African consumer law.

Returned products must be unused, clean, in a condition suitable for resale, and accompanied by relevant original packaging/accessories where applicable. The product may have been opened, provided it remains unused and in an acceptable condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Refunds

Where a return is approved, Stitch and Bloom will issue a refund rather than store credit or an exchange. Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

11. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact info@stitchnbloom.co.za as soon as reasonably possible. Please provide your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.

12. Custom and Personalised Orders

Custom orders must be paid for in full before production begins.

Customers are responsible for checking all information supplied for a custom order, including colours, sizes, names, wording and other specifications.

Custom products are not eligible for ordinary returns or cancellations once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Customers may request cancellation of a custom order before production begins.

13. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically, generally through a download link following successful payment.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property and Digital Products

All Stitch and Bloom digital products, patterns, photographs, designs, written instructions, graphics and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share download links, reproduce patterns for commercial distribution, upload digital products to another website or platform, or claim Stitch and Bloom designs as your own.

15. Handmade Products

Handmade products are individually produced and may contain minor differences. Small variations in colour, size, shape, stitching and appearance are normal and are not automatically considered defects.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may have additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied retrospectively, promotional products are subject to availability, and discount codes may not be combined.

17. Website Content

All Stitch and Bloom website content, including logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, designs, text and branding, belongs to Stitch and Bloom or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or commercially use this content without written permission.

18. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend the website for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.

19. Privacy

We collect and process personal information required to operate our online store, process orders, communicate with customers and arrange delivery. Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation, including POPIA. Please see our Privacy Policy.

20. Complaints

For complaints regarding an order, product or service, contact info@stitchnbloom.co.za. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your complaint.

21. Changes to These Terms

Stitch and Bloom may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to remove or limit rights that consumers have under applicable South African law.
