Digital products will generally be made available through an electronic download link following successful payment. Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct.

3. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Download Problems

If you cannot access your purchased digital product, contact info@stitchnbloom.co.za. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are intended for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, share or upload the digital files or download links.

6. Finished Items Made From Patterns

Unless a particular product listing states otherwise, purchasing a Stitch and Bloom pattern does not give you permission to reproduce or redistribute the pattern itself.
