1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within South Africa only.

2. Delivery Fee

Our standard delivery fee is R99 per order. We currently do not offer free delivery or collection.

3. Processing Time

Orders generally require 7–14 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing begins after successful payment.

During busy periods, promotions, holidays or periods of unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer.

4. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier circumstances.

5. Courier

Orders are delivered using The Courier Guy. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be redelivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

7. Courier Delays

Stitch and Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your parcel is delayed, contact info@stitchnbloom.co.za and we will assist where reasonably possible.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photographs of the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
